Joyce A. Pallegrini, CBT, Biofeedback Stress Management Coach
Joyce is a Certified Biofeedback Consultant and Stress Management
Coach using the EPFX Biofeedback device. Joyce has been practicing
since 2004 and has a proven track record of educating and coaching her
clients on how their stress affects their physical, emotional, and mental
body and making necessary life style changes for improvement. The
EPFX is an exceptional knowledge-based tool to understand the body’s
electricity, detecting blockages and bringing the body back into harmony.

Elaine Villafane, M.S. (Licensed Nutritionist, L.N.C. 444)
Elaine holds a Masters Degree in Biochemistry of Nutrition and is Board
certified to practice nutrition in Florida. She also holds a Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology. Elaine has extensive clinical experience in
designing individually tailored nutritional plans and has been in the field
of clinical nutrition for over 20 years. She also specializes in weight
management programs that offer long-term and safe solutions to weight
problems, and has extensive experience with food sensitivities.

Maria Bevilacqua, Yoga Instructor
Studying Yoga in 1998 at the Sadana Yoga Studio in her native state of
Pennsylvania. Her first teacher was Angelique Sneeden, a true master
in Ashtanga Yoga. Maria’s training was focused in Hatha and Iyengar
styles of Yoga. In 2006, Maria completed her yoga certification in
Pittsburgh and is a registered with Yoga Alliance. Maria’s classes are
designed to provide her students with the opportunity to explore yoga.
She creates a compassionate place to grow in mind, body and spirit.
