| If there are classes that you would like to join but your schedule does not work with the ones we post, you are very welcome to E-mail or call us with your requests / suggestions and we can try to accommodate you. Some Mats and props are provided, but you are welcome to bring you own, or buy some in our store! Classes are subject to change - please call to confirm and reserve your place if you have not pre-paid. All classes are 50 min - one hour long, unless indicates differently. |
