This class is for all ages and levels. It is free of charge. You will learn how to breath in a way that will maximize your health and will help you to prevent and improve disorders such as; asthma, COPD allergies and more. as well as help you deal with stress and life's challenges.
You will also learn how to obtain relaxation and reduce stress with different breathing technique.
