| Yoga Flow for Energy This is our more active class. We do not discourage any new students from taking this class unless you are ill, out of shape and/or are recovering from an injury! If you have never done any Yoga before, or have been out of the stretching loop for a while, please consider taking our Breathing & Stretching class at least once so that you feel more at home at our other classes.
