Yoga Flow for Energy

This is our more active class.
We do not discourage any new students from
taking this class unless you are ill, out of shape
and/or are recovering from an injury!
If you have never done any Yoga before, or have
been out of the stretching loop for a while, please
consider taking our
Breathing & Stretching class at
least once so that you feel more at home at our
other classes.  Our
Thai Yoga class teaches some
double yoga moves!  For an exciting variety of
styles try our
Mixed yoga.
