Office visits / Consultation
We currently offer several different consultations:
New patients:
An initial meeting with Physician or assistant:
We first meet with you to answer your questions and to
see if we can help your case as well as collect your
insurance information to check if you have benefits.
If you have benefits we tell you your co-pay/deductible
etc. If you do not, we will explain our in-house benefit
program or go over treatment pricing.
You can expect your initial office visit to be between 30
to 90 minutes long and if you plan to treat that day,
please allow two hours to spend with us.
During the initial evaluation the following will commence:
The patient can come in early to fill our questioner, or
we can send it to them for their convenience by email or
mail.
The Physician then reviews their information as well as
assessing needed tests, records or referrals. The
patient is informed of:
1.What they need in order to start treatment.
2.What treatments would benefit them most.
3.What improvement can be anticipated.
4.Treatment plan and approximate length will be
determined after two treatments.
Follow up consultations:
Regular office visits are $45.00 and are 15 to 30
minutes.
Health testing reading consultations:
All tests and labs that are not physician ordered may be
followed up by a 30 minute consultation to discuss the
health impact of any diagnostic testing. Price; $45.00.
Healthy Family consultations:
Our Physicians will be happy to sit and talk with you and
your family about life style, diet, exercise and wellness.
Families are welcome to come together for consults.
Price remains at $45.00 per half an hour $80.00 for a
full hour (up to 6 people).
Herbal consultations:
Western or Chinese Herbal consults are available at
$45.00 for 30 minutes.
Diet consultations:
For either improved nutrition or weight loss $45.00 per
30 minutes.
